Virtual training classes 3xs per week.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) includes modified versions of all exercises
Specific area training videos uploaded throughout the week. (Butt, Back, Upperbody etc.) 
Workout Meet ups 
When the weather permits we will meet up in various outdoor locations to exercise together. 
All fitness levels welcome. 
Community of like minded people achieving their fitness goals.
Access to a certified personal trainer for questions and motivation.

HOW IT WORKS:   

Once your subscription is purchased you will be added to a private facebook group where all the live workouts and workout videos will be posted. 



  

FAQ's

When will I be charged?
One the purchase day of each month. If you purchase on January 16th you will be charged on the 16th of each month. 
Can I cancel at anytime?
You sure can! However, the rates are not prorated. 
Do I have to pay monthly? 
No, You can pay for an entire year.
