HOW IT WORKS:   

Once your subscription is purchased you will be added to a private facebook group where all the live workouts and workout videos will be posted.

1. When will I be charged?
1. One the purchase day of each month. If you purchase on January 16th you will be charged on the 16th of each month. 
2. Can I cancel at anytime?
1. You sure can!  However, the rates are not prorated. 
3. Do I have to pay monthly? 
1. No, You can pay for an entire year.
